1.) How do I book a presentation?

  1. Fill in the booking form
  2. We get back to you by email to confirm availability, and with details of our different packages/animals for you to choose
  3. We will answer all your questions and provide with all information you need
  4. You pay a deposit (50%) via bank transferal or cheque. Once the deposit is made, your booking is secured.
  5. Enjoy, Show time! Balance can be settled either by cheque or cash when the presentation is done.

2.) Is it safe to touch the snakes and other animals?

All chosen animals for you to touch are non-venomous and of a non-aggressive nature. We will professionally let you know how to handle each animal the right way before you are given the animals.

3.) Do I have to be worried about bacteria from the reptiles?

All animals to show are well-maintained, healthy and captive-bred, means they never live in the wild so that have no chance to catch any bacteria or diseases from the wild.
Reptiles can naturally carry salmonella although it is very uncommon to harm people. If you are sure to wash your hands after the presentation and not eat while touching the animals, there should not be any problem. We have never had an issue with this among the decades.

4.) What do we have to prepare for the presenter?

Our presenter will come with all he/she will need for the presentations.

5.) Does it have to take place indoors or outdoors, and how much space is needed?

Either inside or outside presentations are fine, but outside is preferred. If possible it would be perfect to put our animals on the grass. Either way as long as there is enough room for all audience to sit and be comfortable to enjoy the show.

6.) What is the best age to have an animal party?

Our parties are fun and educational for children of all ages starting from toddlers to teens, and also adults.

7.) How to handle snakes?

Our presenter will tell you how to handle snakes before you are given a snake. The general rules are:
1. Don't touch the head
2. Don't wave fingers in front of the snake
3. Hold the snake's body gently; Don't squeeze
4. Move slowly

8.) Should I remind my guests of anything before the presentation?

  1. Let them understand that our animals are wild animals, not pets, so that everyone has to be quite or the animals will be scared. Although it is very uncommon, they CAN give a bite when they feel threatened for self defense, but you don't have to be worried because all chosen animals for you are safe.
  2. Carefully listen to our presenter at all time. Do not touch the animals until you are told to do so.
  3. No eating during touching animals. Wash hands after touching animals.
  4. If it is a kids party, encourage the parents to come enjoy the exciting moments with their kids. The parents will love our animals, too!

9.) What are the Do's & Don'ts during the presentation?
